I MADE IT

Motivation is what kept me going through all of my accomplishments. The true definition of motivation is taking action to achieve a desired goal. I desire to do better with each of my endeavors in the future. 

Fitness is something that I’ve always been passionate about and quickly became part of my daily routine. I enjoy the thrill of lifting weights and pushing my body to its limits. Running is something that tested me mentally and physically.

I started my running journey in November 2021, while participating in the NYRR full marathon. That quickly progressed to the multiple half marathons and most recently The Lake George Alpha Olympic Triathlon in September of 2022.
